Terms and Conditions – Jammu Home Stay

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment must be made at the time of check-in.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
• Rates are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-out is 24 hours from the time of check-in.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. House Rules

• Please treat the home as your own.
• Any damages or breakages caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
• Do not waste water, electricity, or any other resources.
• No loud music or parties allowed after 10:00 PM.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Guests are not allowed to go to the terrace (Motta Madi).
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Illegal activities are strictly not allowed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 10 to 29 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in.
• No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.

5. Liability

• Jammu Home Stay is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for securing their valuables and locking the doors when leaving the premises.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Guests stay at their own risk.

6. Amenities Use

• Guests may use available amenities respectfully.
• Avoid unnecessary use or damage to household items.
• Housekeeping service is available on request.

7. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for any guest violating house rules or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
